El coraje para ser Intraemprendedor e impactar en la región de América Latina

En esta sesión, exploraremos la experiencia y aprendizajes de miembros y verdaderos intraemprendedores de la red de Latimpacto, que están desarrollando transformaciones desde sus organizaciones. Sus caminos muestran qué tan relevante es la articulación entre los varios y diferentes actores corporativos (compañías y sus organizaciones de impacto), para alcanzar el objetivo de una región más próspera e innovadora, y qué tipo de coraje se necesita para encarar este desafío.


Lorena Guillé-Laris is CEO at Fundación FEMSA. She is a passionate intrapreneur devoted to corporate philanthropy, CSR, human rights, and systems change, and has led the operations of the Gamesa-Quaker Foundation and was Executive Director of the Cinépolis Foundation since its inception. She has been a  member of the Global Philanthropist Circle of Synergos, and the Nexus Global Youth Summit, and serves as Board Member at World Vision Mexico, among many other organizations in the country. She co-founded the SPO The Human Rights Monitor, and is founding partner of the NGO Más Ciudadanía. She mentors social entrepreneurs at the Unreasonable Institute Mexico and has been a lecturer and speaker on philanthropy and CSR. Lorena is Fellow of the International Women's Forum and The Global League of Intrapreneurs. Lorena has a bachelor in Industrial and Systems Engineering (Tech of Monterrey, 2002), a Masters in Public Administration and Public Policy (Escuela de Gobierno y Transformación Pública, Tech of Monterrey, 2009), and has executive studies at Harvard Business School, Kennedy School of Government, IPADE, and INSEAD, among others.


Carolina Suárez has more than 16 years of experience in private social investment and philanthropy.  She has played a strategic role in the international arena promoting strategic transformations through knowledge sharing and alliance building.  Carolina co-led and brought Latimpacto to life supporting the due diligence process with the International Venture Philanthropy Center -IVPC.  Before that, she was also a co-founder of the Association of Corporate and Family Foundations -AFE Colombia, where she was director for its first ten years (2008-2018).

She is a member of the Editorial Committee of the Alliance Magazine, of the board of directors of the National Impact Investment Advisory Council of Colombia, of the IC Foundation, and served for more than six years (2012-2018) on the Board of WINGS – Worldwide Initiatives for Grantmaking Support. 

Lina María Montoya is an economist and has a master's degree in finance from Eafit University. She was later awarded a Fulbright scholarship with which she studied for an MBA at the University of Maryland Business School in the United States. She worked at Grupo Bancolombia for 17 years, beginning as an economic analyst and later becoming part of the Asset Management team. After returning from her academic trip, she worked for five years as a private banking manager. For the last 6 years, she led Bancolombia's Foundation and the bank's impact and social innovation strategies, with the goal of creating innovative and sustainable projects that promotes sustainable development for the wellbeing of all. In October 2022, Lina started a new journey as Executive Director at Corporation Interactuar, a Colombian social enterprise that provides financial services and training to small and medium companies with the potential to develop entrepreneurial and human capacities to mobilize access to the middle class and its consolidation in Colombia.
