While we may have heard all our lives that courage is about heroes and bravery, there is an alternative way to unearth. This moment urges us to rewrite old heroes' narratives and turn the page into more regenerative and conscious ways of leading instead. It’s time to explore authentic, ethical leadership for all, and this keynote will explore how this can be done.

Martin Kalungu-Banda has been an intrapreneur for years, transitioning from leading non-profit organizations like Oxfam to governments, companies and universities, taking the development mission to unlikely places in innovative and compassionate ways. Among many relevant roles throughout his career, he was Special Advisor to the third President of Zambia. From this position, he learned how to be a thinking partner to leaders across industries to bring deep, transformative and healing change to what were once conflictive human systems. He is now a Core Faculty member at the Presencing Institute and a Visiting Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and has authored three books on leadership.

Dr. Pippa Grange is an influential sports psychologist and a culture coach working across elite sports and business internationally. She focuses on performance on and off the field: “winning without compromising culture”, and has been Chief Culture Officer at www.righttodream.com for the last 3 years with an objective of changing the way the world sees excellence. She has authored “Fear Less: How to Win at Life Without Losing Yourself”, and has been key in fostering the England men’s Football team’s new narrative of courage against ego, from her former position at The Football Association. She believes relationships are at the heart of everything and the antidote to fear.

Maggie De Pree believes in the power of human agency—the ability for people to choose to make a difference in the world. She has spent over a decade harnessing the innovation potential of businesses—big and small—to address issues ranging from climate change to healthcare. Maggie is a Co-founder of The League of Intrapreneurs and an entrepreneur and strategist, working to advance systems change with Fortune 500 companies, governments, and NGOs. She is a recipient of the Grant Thornton 100 Faces of a Vibrant Economy Award and regularly speaks and writes on the topic of sustainable innovation and intrapreneurship. She is co-author of The Intrapreneurs Guide to Pathfinding and The Social Intrapreneur: A Field Guide for Corporate Changemakers.
